There're two different solutions for different circumstance:
1. If buyer wants to return the item out of remorse reason, usually buyer should pay for the return postage.Please return the item with tracking number and wrap it in original packing. We will issue refund after we receive the item and confirm the item is in good condition.
2. If buyer wants to return because of quality issue, usually we will take responsibility for the return postage, please wrap the item in original packing and return it with tracking number. We will send buyer a brand new replacement.
No matter which circumstance happens, please contact us and we will provide the best solution for buyer to solve the issue.
